Once your order is placed, your items go into production according to your custom preferences. Products specially crafted for you are dispatched to the shipping carrier within 2-5 business days.

When your order is shipped, a notification email will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

The phone number entered at checkout will be shared with the shipping carrier solely to keep you informed about your delivery. Delivery updates will be sent to you via e-mail.

Once the shipping carrier processes your package, a tracking code will be sent to your email address, allowing you to track the real-time status of your delivery.

After the order is shipped, the estimated delivery time varies depending on your location and the processing times of the shipping carrier.
