DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

By accepting this agreement, the BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes in advance that if they approve the order subject to this agreement, they will be under the obligation to pay the order price and any specified additional fees, such as shipping costs and taxes, and that they have been informed of this obligation.
2. DEFINITIONS
In the implementation and interpretation of this agreement, the terms written below shall express the explanations written across from them:

BUYER: The real or legal person who acquires, uses, or benefits from a good or service for non-commercial or non-professional purposes,

SITE: The website belonging to the SELLER,

ORDERER: The real or legal person requesting a good or service via the website of the SELLER,

PARTIES: The SELLER and the BUYER,

AGREEMENT: This agreement concluded between the SELLER and the BUYER,

GOODS/PRODUCT: Movable items subject to shopping, and intangible goods such as software, audio, images, and similar prepared to be used in electronic media.
3. SUBJECT
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, the characteristics and sales price of which are specified below, ordered electronically by the BUYER through the website of the SELLER.
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and modified. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

7. CONTRACTUAL PRODUCT/PRODUCTS INFORMATION
7.1. Basic Characteristics
The basic characteristics (type, quantity, brand/model, color, quantity) of the Goods/Product(s)/Service are published on the website of the SELLER. If a campaign is organized by the Seller, you can review the basic features of the relevant product during the campaign period. It is valid until the campaign date.
7.2. Pricing
The prices listed and announced on the site are the sales prices. The announced prices and promises are valid until they are updated and modified. Prices announced for a limited period are valid until the end of the specified period.

Invoice Delivery: The invoice will be delivered together with the order to the billing address during order delivery.
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
9.1. Preliminary Information and Acceptance
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have read the preliminary information on the website of the SELLER regarding the basic characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery of the product subject to the agreement, that they are informed about these matters, and that they have given the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
9.2. Delivery Period
Each product subject to the agreement shall be delivered to the BUYER or the person/organization at the address indicated by the BUYER within the period specified in the preliminary information section on the website, depending on the distance of the BUYER's residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In cases where the distance contract relates to the sale of goods, the BUYER may exercise their right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods without showing any justification and without paying any penalty, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product to themselves or to the person/organization at the indicated address, provided that they notify the SELLER.
11. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Products prepared in line with the explicit wishes or personal needs of the BUYER, underwear bottom parts, makeup materials, and single-use items are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal.
12. STATUS OF DEFAULT AND LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that if they fall into default in transactions made by credit card, they will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder bank and themselves, and that they will be liable to the bank.
13. JURISDICTION (COMPETENT COURT)
In disputes arising from this agreement, complaints and objections shall be made to the consumer arbitration committee or the consumer court in the place where the consumer resides or where the consumer transaction is conducted, within the financial limits specified by the law.
14. ENFORCEMENT
When the BUYER makes the payment for the order placed through the Site, they shall be deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement.
